- Grades 6-12 for current students - $60 for 1 class; $90 for 2 or more
- Grades 6-12 for new students - $80 for 1 class; $110 for 2 more
This fee is non-refundable and is calculated on a per student basis. After July 1st, a late registration fee of $25 will be charged.

Copy or Activity Fees: Teachers may collect a copy and/or activity fee at the beginning of the school year. This is listed below the course description in the Course Catalog.
Textbooks: Families purchase textbooks for each course.
Renweb: Each family has access to their school account through Renweb, an internet service that provides access to their child(ren)’s schedule, quarterly bills, and grades. The annual administrative fee is $20 per family.

Private Tutoring: When employing our teachers for private tutoring beyond the periodic, non-scheduled help, the rate for tutoring is a minimum of $30 per hour. (The rate for public school tutors is $50.)
Auditing Courses: Full tuition payment is required for an auditing student. The parent must confer with the teacher of the class to set the parameters of the audit before classes start.
Westminster Academy will administer a quarterly bill, with payments due on August 1st, October 15th, January 15th, and March 15th. A late fee of $10.00 will be charged for payments received more than two weeks past these due dates. Students will be held out of class if tuition is 15 days past due.
Parents who have not paid their tuition or registration fees to Westminster Academy for any previous school year will not be permitted to register for any classes for the current school year.
Tuition fees are calculated on a per course basis and are not subject to proration for missed days due to inclement weather. Classes missed due to inclement weather will not be made up, as students are expected to work at home on assignments and/or tests communicated via Renweb or email.
